Babolat Aeropro Drive Cortex & GT

Pain Job comparison between Cortex & GT GT – I can really feel the difference between the Cortex and the GT by the GT’s stiffness. I can feel that it has less vibration and more stability because of the Graphite Tungsten technology. Although that is a good feature, if you already have a Cortex and you like it, you should stick with that because there isn’t much difference between the GT and the Cortex other than the stability. (and of course the look haha) Main Benefit of getting the GT are: Control and feel. 10% additional energy recovery for even more power. Cortex – The Cortex is an awesome racket for people who love to hit winners. It generates alot of power for the spin but it also gives you some control so it would stay in the court. I have to admit that it does sometimes go overboard and hit out balls but if you can control the power, this racket is for you. It has less power than the Pure Drive Rodick but it still can generate alot of power which is useful if you like finishing off opponents quickly lol My rating for the GT: 9/10 My rating for the Cortex: 9/10

@aaronLOLx The AeroPro GT is glossy on one side and its flat on the other, the Aeropro Cortex isn’t too glossy,but as he mention it was the light.
@lucaudeli101 GT is softer on the arm than the cortex so I would recommend the GT for you
Which one is easier on the elbow?? Because I wanted a Babolat racquet and had the Pure Drive for almost 10 years and it seems to me that the stiffness of the racquet has given me a tennis elbow. They told me, this racquet was less stiff, but dunno which model
@wilx218x great idea! saves $60 a stick.
I’m taking both, because 2 gts are too expansive for me,
I have babolat patro’. but ithe contract its only for clothes.
I live in brasil, that’s explain my english lol,
“both are great if you like to finishing off your opponents quickly lol.
@aaronLOLx after a while of playing with the aeropro drive cortex, when the ball hits the frame it wipes off the dull paint and a shiny paint appears. that happend to mine also within the first couple weeks
@spartanwarrior217 I also own both of these. The GT feels more solid, and is a little heavier on the head. Yes is true, the Cortex feels more “hollow”. But if you add 2 grams of lead tape @ 2 o’clock and 10 o’clock, for a total of 4grams the Cortex will feel very similar to the GT. Think about this. The Cortex now sells for $130. 00, while the GT sells for $189. 00
Hey man go with the white overgrips. They look much better, specially on the GT model. Yeah they get dirty, but it only cost $5. 00 for a package of 3. I change the overgrip on my GT once a month.
I had a hit with a GT today, there is not a great deal of difference between the cortex and the GT. Basically just a difference in looks. The GT has a slighty more solid feel to it which I prefer. Are both great racquets.
@aaronLOLx I think thats the reflection and besides I bought it from Tennis Warehouse and they sell real rackets
Dude I think your aeropro drive cortex may be fake. . its extremely glossy
@spartanwarrior217 ya the difference is just the feel. The GT is more stiff and has less vibrations. The Cortex has more of a hollow feel. There both good rackets. Which one are u getting?
hey I was wondering since you had both if you could tell me if theres a big difference in feel or in the way it hits? I’m thinking of getting another aeropro but i dont want it to affect my game!
thanks
